- 13:29 Decided to diet on 1/19. Didn't start til 1/27. Proving very successful. 30 days later & I've dropped 20lbs. 5lbs & 15 days more to go. #
- 13:34 @bleything: Soup! Can of soup = 100-450 calories = full meal. 3 a day = 300-1350 calories. Supplement with fruit/applesauce cups for snax. #
- 13:39 Also, sugar-free pudding cups. All the cups average ~70 calories a cup. I'm never starving & the cups cut midmeal hunger. + multivit. Win. #
