Drank Long Island Iced Tea.
I don't get hang-o-vers
Uwee hee hee hee hee.
Last night's drink list... 2 gin and tonics, 1 screwdriver, 1 long island iced tea, 1 lemon drop, 1 bloody mary, 1 B-52 and one drink of unknown name or origin, except that it was alcoholic and free.
Two of my co-workers took me out drinking last night. The original plan was to go out dancing as well, but everyone decided that the time we would have spent on the freeway to go to Tacoma (half-hour north) would be better spent quietly mocking the karaoke singers who couldn't hold a tune or follow a beat if they were sober. This lasted three drinks before Melissa decided she needed to see her boyfriend play at another bar.
I play GPS system for the Katie driver, gets everyone to a bar he's never been to somehow. Depite my slight case of funtional dyslexia. And the alcohol in my system.
I have a nice conversation about bisexuality with Melissa. I get to know her a lot better... Damn. Shame she's moving to Seattle. We coulda been good friends outside of work.
Meet Mark, her bf, and his musical partner Skye. Mark's an eccentric, but an eccentric soccer player. It's been my experience to never trust a soccer player for the reason that they're almost always a dick. My prime example is a guy I met in college named Shasta (whom is having his 23rd today as well) who is a Grade-A for Asshole. Burned every bridge he made in college. Skye reminds me of Shasta. The fact that the two of them were talking about women in front of the three of us isn't a good thing.
But, anyway, I had a blast, despite the drahmah. I'll need to do this more oft.
